We are delighted to advise of the appointment of Bobby Malabie as Managing Director of Charter Life from February 2004.

Bobby joins Charter Life from the Nedcor Group where he was Divisional Director, Personal Banking - Retail. Prior to this he spent 5 years at S A Breweries and 8 years at Unilever.

His intimate knowledge of consumer markets that Charter Life intends targeting, together with his banking experience in this market, will add a new dimension to our business.

Bobby has a B.Comm from the University of the North, MBA from Wits and has completed an advanced management program at Harvard. He is a member of the Black Management Forum and is a keen golfer.
